WAR

All around the world. We see it - feel it - can touch it - hear it - we even can smell the sweetish odour of putrefaction.

40 TV channels or more - no matter - there is no escape from these pictures.

Funny idea to present little boys with toy-weapons and mini-tanks. Nice little children - victorious warriors when they get older.

You don’t know how to cover up your impaired potency? No problem - play a little bit war - kill thousands of people and you’ll feel great and powerful again. Strengthen your self-confidence!

Bosnia - Slowenia - Ruanda - Palästina - Aphganistan - Iraq ... - no end - endless - put an end to it - to the bitter end - come to a bad end - all’ s well that ends well - better an end with fright than a fright without an end?!

To stop ... to start with wars.

Our life - a war, many battles, some victims, many sacrifices. Victory or defeat - in our life or on the battle-field.

Starving children - raped women - accusing, wide-opened eyes of dying people.

Guilty - love your neighbour the same way you love yourself - accusations - peace - mutilated bodies on the chessboard of death - checkmate - world-peace conferences every minute ... everywhere - contributions for a better world.

Hypocritical moral of our society.

Give peace no chance.

We give some money - way to our relief - a plus on the list on our final way to the Last Judgement - very nice and SO normal!

Peace - a word, an illusion - nice painting in the wind ... but war, a given fact - a result - but a result of what? A result of the impossibility of being able to accept the ones beside you? A result of megalomania? Or only a result of nothing? Triviality, nullity that leads to a war?

Do we start wars because of our longing for a peaceful world? War as the forerunner of peace? War as the only possibility to make our lives - means our world - worth living?

War and peace - that different, conflicting and contrary but without one the other one seems to be unable to exist. We - as the ones we are - are not able to live in peace because we need the challenge of war to get the desire for peace! Sarcastic story - but sad to say - true!
